Solution
We deployed a digital business automation solution to streamline shipment handling. Shipping documents are now captured, archived and made easily available to the customer service agents who are handling shipments. Invoices are now generated with supporting shipping documents. Envelopes are filled by automated systems and customers can access all of their documents through a self-service portal. This has significantly reduced the time, cost, and errors associated with the old manual process.
