Make claims management paperless to increase the process efficiency.
Solution
We automated the receipt of documents and the digitization of the claims file. We also automated the generation of documents coming from the insurance file (e.g.: letters). Lastly, we developed a module that assesses a file’s complexity and assigns it to the right legal department. Doing so optimized the company’s legal costs.
It was the first insurance company in Canada that made their claim process 100% paperless.

The customer was running on an older version of Content Manager that was about to go off of support.
Solution
We first engaged with the customer in early 2017 to upgrade their Content Manager on-premise environment and services to support their corporate-wide digitization project. We successfully completed our mandate, and we are now on retainer and provide support on an as-needed basis.
